Can multiple indoor units be controlled separately?

All indoor units can be turned on/off and adjusted for temperature, fan speed and modes independently.

Is extra refrigerant required?

The unit is pre-filled with enough refrigerant at factory.

No refilling is needed for standard pipe lengths.

(Add refrigerant by professionals only if pipes are extra long.)

Can I install it myself? Or do I need a professional? Any tools or certifications required?

DIY installation is not recommended. This work involves refrigerant piping, wiring and vacuuming.

It must be installed by certified technicians with professional refrigeration and electrical tools.

Why did I only get one package?

Due to weight limits, items are shipped in multiple boxes.

2-zone system comes in 4 packages and 3-zone in 5.

All packages will arrive gradually.
